Atmus Code of Conduct​

Atmus Filtration Technologies values global supply partners who share our commitment to quality and value, but who also operate under a philosophy that focuses on integrity and "doing the right thing."

To support that philosophy, Atmus has a Code of Conduct for our employees and a Code of Conduct specifically for its supply base worldwide. The supplier code outlines the Company's expectations that all suppliers will comply with certain business and ethical standards and to the laws of their respective countries, all other applicable laws, rules and regulations. The code applies to all businesses that produce goods or provide services for Atmus and any of our subsidiaries, joint ventures, divisions or affiliates.

Six main topics are covered by the Atmus Code of Conduct, requiring suppliers to act ethically and use good judgement, understand and follow all principles set forth in this Code, seek guidance and ask questions, report any suspected violations of the law or our Code, not to retaliate against anyone, and participate in required training and survey requests.  Compliance with the principles of the Atmus Code of Conduct is required to do business with Atmus.

Compliance to the Atmus Supplier Code of Conduct (SCoC) will be monitored by the Atmus Global Purchasing organization for all current and new suppliers.
