We are pleased to announce that Arif Mujawar has been promoted to Vice President, Manufacturing and Planning at Atmus.

With nearly two decades of experience, Mujawar has developed a deep understanding of our business through roles in manufacturing, supply chain, Six Sigma, program management and customer support.

In his most recent role as Executive Director of Operations at Atmus, Mujawar played a pivotal role in shaping and transforming our Atmus supply chain. Among his recent accomplishments, he helped establish eight independent distribution centers to strengthen our network, advance our post-separation capabilities, and improve how we serve our customers. He also launched Lean transformation efforts across our plants, helping build stronger operating discipline while developing teams that make a meaningful impact and drive growth.

In 2025, Arif completed Atmus’ Executive Development Program, further building on his leadership capabilities and strategic impact.

During his tenure as a plant director at Atmus’ Cookeville, Tennessee (U.S.) plant from 2021 to 2024, Mujawar strengthened labor relations while delivering meaningful improvements in operational performance and cost structure.

“Arif is a leader that demonstrates a balance between performance and care, raising the bar for his teams to drive impact, while fundamentally taking care of his people,” shared Kevin Carpenter, Senior Vice President and Chief Supply Chain Officer at Atmus. “Under his continued leadership, we will continue to drive growth for both our people and our company.”

Mujawar holds a master’s degree in industrial engineering from Georgia Institute of Technology and an MBA from Indiana University.

We congratulate Mujawar on his promotion and look forward to the continued impact he will have on Atmus.
