As Vice President of Supply Chain for Atmus, Paul oversees the safety, planning, procurement, manufacturing, quality and distribution functions of the company. Paul spearheads a commitment to providing quality products and services to support customer needs while continuing to improve costs within the business.

Previously, Paul served as the Executive Director of Supply Chain for the Filtration business segment of Cummins Inc. in a similar capacity.  Apart from a year outside of Cummins in 2018/19 where Paul was Executive Vice President of Supply Chain for The Carlstar Group, Paul worked at Cummins in various roles since 1992.

Paul started his career in the United Kingdom with Cummins and held progressive responsibilities in finance, materials, purchasing and operations, and eventually became a plant manager. From there, Paul held roles developing the global network of plants before spending time as Cummins’ Executive Director in global capital management. Paul then joined the Cummins Filtration segment as the Executive Director of Finance before becoming the Executive Director of Supply Chain.

Paul completed his professional accounting qualifications in the U.K. and is a Certified Global Management Accountant. Paul completed his MBA in the U.K. at the University of Bradford.
