Atmus is pleased to announce the promotion of Justin Baron to Executive Director – Global Procurement. In this role, Justin will lead the company’s global procurement function, overseeing approximately $1 billion in managed spend - including direct materials for current and future products, as well as indirect purchasing across services and contracts.

Since joining the organization in 2000, Justin has held roles of increasing responsibility across procurement, sales, strategy and finance. Progressing from early roles focused on data and analytics, pricing principles and Six Sigma to expanded responsibilities requiring strategic thinking, negotiation and leadership, Justin has effectively built high performing teams while achieving business objectives. He has played a critical role in advancing Atmus’ global supply chain strategy and delivering cost improvements as part of the company’s ongoing supply chain transformation efforts. In 2025, Justin took on an enterprise leadership role supporting Atmus operations in Brazil, where he was instrumental in implementing new systems and processes across multiple functions.

“Justin brings deep experience, strong business acumen and a collaborative approach to leadership,” said Paul Massey, Vice President – Supply Chain at Atmus. “He has already made a significant impact across our procurement function and global operations, and I’m confident he will continue to drive value for Atmus and our customers.”

Justin holds a Master of Business Administration from the University of Phoenix, a Bachelor of Science in criminal justice administration from Middle Tennessee State University and an Associate of Science in pre-law from Columbia State Community College. He is also a Six Sigma Green Belt. We congratulate Justin on his promotion within Atmus and look forward to the continued impact he will have on Atmus.
