Today we announce that Keri Moenssen has been appointed Executive Director of Talent and Culture. In this role, Keri will lead the global strategy for developing, engaging and retaining the talent we need to deliver for our customers and grow our business. Her appointment reflects Atmus' commitment to developing internal talent and providing growth opportunities that strengthen both our people and our organization. Keri will continue to lead Communications for Atmus while we recruit for her successor.

Keri brings over two decades of progressive experience in marketing, brand and communications to her new role, with a proven track record of building strategies that drive business growth and employee engagement. She began her career developing strategic recommendations and action plans for new business development and marketing at companies including The Dow Chemical Company, before joining Cummins Inc., where she advanced through marketing, brand and communications roles across business units. Keri then served as the Communications Director for Atmus, where she established the company’s Corporate Communications function and led the development of the brand and visual identity, while leading the company’s communication strategy to enable the company’s IPO and separation from Cummins. Most recently, as Executive Director of Communications, Keri was responsible for the communications strategy supporting the company’s growth initiatives, along with expanding awareness of the Atmus brand, notably through the We Protect campaign.

“Developing great talent is essential to delivering for our customers, our communities and our employees worldwide,” said Renee Swan, Chief People Officer at Atmus. “Keri’s leadership and passion for developing people will help ensure we continue to strengthen our culture and build the talent we need to drive growth and meet the evolving needs of our customers.”

Keri holds a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science from the University of Michigan and a Master of Business Administration from Michigan State University. We congratulate Keri on her new role at Atmus and look forward to the impact she will make as a part of the Atmus human resources organization.
