As Senior Vice President, Chief Legal Officer and Corporate Secretary at Atmus, Laura leads the Legal and Ethics & Compliance function globally. Laura brings extensive Fortune 500 public company experience across several industries including technology, hospitality and aviation.

Most recently, Laura served as Executive Vice President, Chief Legal Officer and Corporate Secretary of Wheels Up where she led the company through a successful IPO in 2021. Prior to Wheels Up, Laura held Senior Vice President and Deputy General Counsel positions with Hilton Worldwide and Hewlett Packard Enterprise. Prior to that she held leadership positions at CSC, Inc (now DXC Technologies) and ACS, Inc. (now Conduent). Laura began her career at MCI Communications Corporation, and after 10 years, moved into roles with The Coca-Cola Company and Time Warner.

Laura holds a Bachelor of Arts degree from George Mason University and a Juris Doctor degree from Antonin Scalia Law School, George Mason University.
