As Chief Financial Officer at Atmus, Jack oversees ensuring the organization meets operational and financial commitments. Jack’s experiences working in corporate development, leading activities related to mergers and acquisitions, and engaging with investors provides him a strong foundation strategic and effective financial leadership for Atmus.

In 2014, Jack joined Cummins Inc., working in corporate development, progressing through the function and ultimately leading the team as Senior Director. There, Jack was responsible for evaluating potential strategic opportunities, leading deal negotiations and executing transactions through a variety of structures including acquisitions, joint ventures, minority equity investments and licensing. He then served as Executive Director - Investor Relations for Cummins before moving into the Filtration business. Early in his career, Jack worked at KPMG in Chicago, IL in the deal advisory group serving private equity and strategic clients.

Jack received his Bachelor of Science in finance and accounting and his Master of Business Administration from the Kelley School of Business in Bloomington, IN and is a licensed Certified Public Accountant (CPA) in Tennessee.
