Greg Cloutier Appointed Executive Director and Corporate Controller at Atmus

Atmus is pleased to announce the promotion of Greg Cloutier to Executive Director and Corporate Controller. In this role, Greg will lead all accounting-related matters for the company, including external reporting and SEC compliance, global process improvements, and oversight of Atmus’ SOX control environment, accounting policies and financial systems.
Since joining Atmus, Greg has played a pivotal role in shaping the company’s finance function. He successfully led Atmus’ first integrated audit and was instrumental in implementing new Finance ERP and EPM systems. Greg also led the development of the company’s external reporting function and helped guide Atmus through its IPO and formation as an independent company.
“Greg brings deep technical expertise, sound judgment and a strong history of execution,” said Jack Kienzler, Senior Vice President and Chief Financial Officer at Atmus. “His leadership has been critical to building a strong financial foundation for Atmus, and I’m confident he will continue to drive excellence and accountability across our global finance organization.”
Greg’s career spans more than a decade of progressive experience in public accounting and corporate finance. He began at Ernst & Young, serving the Southeast and Midwest regions of the United States as an expert in complex accounting transactions and managing audit teams for multiple Fortune 500 clients. He later joined Mondelēz International, where he led a team responsible for SEC reporting and technical accounting, overseeing the testing and recording of over $40 billion in assets.
Greg holds a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration with majors in Accounting and Finance and a minor in Spanish from West Virginia University.
We congratulate Greg on his promotion and look forward to the continued impact he will have on Atmus.
